1856 Pattern Enfield Cavalry Carbine
Very nice condition and very original 1856 Enfield cavalry carbine 36 1/2 inches in length.
This a obsolete weapon and can be owned without a licence. It has in place the saddle ring there is VR crown and 1861 Enfield on the lock plate and VR stamps on the butt plate and stock by the trigger guard.
Inside the trigger guard it is stamped 32.
The ram rod is present and functioning.
The inner band is loose and does need tightening all together a very nice rifle.
