Post-WW2 Communications Container

For Sale: Post WW2 Communications Container/Man cave.
This was purchased for £2500 20 years ago completely empty and was given a £1500 complete renovation inside including full panel walls with window surrounds and curtain rails, storage units built in, toilet, furniture including cupboards and bed base with under bed storage and heater, fire place with flu, 110v hook up and tv airel. It was secured to the back of an army truck and used for occasional weekend breaks only. It has since had another renovation completed 4 years ago, fireplace and toilet removed (fireplace still available if wanted), normal 240v connected, security lights, basic cctv added, heavy duty metal mesh frames attached to all exterior windows and an £800 specially designed, made to measure, removeable heavy duty storage frame fitted to the roof. This was also wax oiled two years ago underneath and wherever else needed, and yaught varnished inside. It has since been used as a spare room when needed. This has been assessed via ex military people and has a real history if properly researched.
This particular container is one of very few in existence as far as I was advised as it is the more rarely seen 14' version as opposed to the more common 21' versions. There are no leaks (that I'm aware of at least), all the original exterior communications dials and switches still attached, exterior light by door working and foldable ladder to roof in excellent useable condition. Obviously the existing 240v power lead would need to be cut or disconnected but can be easily re-wired once moved. The tv airel has been cut and wound up to protect the cable which can also be easily re-wired. The door is only accessable via the Van-vault lock. It will need some obvious tlc but is complete and sold as seen.
Only sensible offers considered and buyer will have to arrange removal of the unit via Hi-Ab lorry which is how it was moved to it's current home.
Has to be seen! Extremely reluctant sale but house sale requires.
